Evofire IP65 Fire Rated GU10 + Insulation Guard Downlight – White Round
The Evofire Fire Rated Downlight is a premium recessed ceiling fitting designed for GU10 + Insulation Guard LED lamps, offering a combination of certified fire protection, improved thermal performance and refined modern styling. This model features a round design with a 70mm cut‑out, a IP65 rating and a durable white finish, making it ideal for both residential and light commercial applications.
Unlike traditional enclosed fire rated downlights, the Evofire range utilises a fully open design that avoids trapping heat around the lamp. This allows heat to dissipate efficiently, enabling compatible LED lamps to operate up to 10°C cooler than typical can‑style fire rated fittings. Reduced operating temperatures help maintain consistent light output while significantly extending LED lifespan.
Ultra‑Slim White Bezel – Clean & Contemporary
Manufactured from robust steel, this Evofire downlight delivers long‑term durability alongside a discreet visual finish. The ultra‑slim 1mm blend‑in bezel is up to 10 times thinner than many standard IP‑rated downlights, allowing the fitting to sit almost flush with the ceiling for a clean, minimalist appearance.
Fully Tested & Building Regulation Compliant
The Evofire downlight is independently tested and compliant with relevant UK Building Regulations: • Fire rated for 30, 60 & 90 minute ceilings • Tested to BS476 Part 21:1987 • Airtight compliant – Part C & Part L • Resistance to sound compliant – Part E • IP65 rated – suitable for bathroom Zones 2 & 3
Ideal Applications • Bathrooms & shower rooms (IP65 models) • Kitchens & living spaces • Residential homes & light commercial interiors • Fire‑rated, acoustic & airtight ceiling installations
